Are you a well-connected sales professional in the hospitality industry with a passion for the premium spirits and wine sector?

We are looking for a high-energy, independent Sales Executive to take ownership of an established territory and drive a strategic expansion into the Pretoria region. While the territory is established, we are looking for a “hunter” to unlock the massive potential within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HORECA) sectors that have previously been under-serviced.

The Role

This is not a “desk job.” You will be the face of our brands on the ground, focusing on dominating the Pretoria market. Your mission is to move beyond simple order-taking and build deep, lasting partnerships with beverage managers, sommeliers, and hospitality owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive HORECA Growth: Identify and convert new business opportunities within hotels, fine-dining restaurants, and bars.
  • Territory Management: Maintain existing accounts while aggressively pivoting the focus toward high-volume hospitality venues.
  • Regional Travel: Manage a consistent weekly schedule.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Conduct tastings, staff training, and activations to ensure our portfolio is the first choice for your clients.
  • Autonomy: Work independently to manage your pipeline, reporting directly on weekly targets and market trends.

What You Bring

  • Industry Experience: Proven track record in the wine and spirits sector is essential.
  • The Network: Existing relationships within the Pretoria hospitality and hotel sectors will give you a significant head start.
  • Independence: You are a self-starter who thrives without micro-management.
  • Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle (this is non-negotiable).
  • Resilience: Comfortable with the travel requirements and the pace of the hospitality industry.
