What You Will Do:

  • Set the Strategy: Develop and implement the sales roadmap to hit revenue targets and expand our market footprint.
  • Collaborate: Partner with our expert engineering teams to craft winning bids, proposals, and presentations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven success in sales or business development (preferably within engineering, construction, or technical services).
  • Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of structural and civil engineering consultancy services.
  • The “Hustle” Factor: An entrepreneurial mindset. You are self-motivated and thrive as a “team of one” while building for the future.
  • Communication Skills: You can negotiate complex deals and present technical solutions with confidence.
  • Education: A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is a plus, but your track record of results is what matters most.
