Key Priorities:
- Drive New Business: Identify and secure opportunities within structural and civil engineering.

- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies that move the needle.
- Lead the Way: Establish the processes, CRM management, and KPIs that will form the backbone of our future sales team.

- The Experience: 3–5 years of proven success in sales or business development (experience in engineering, construction, or technical services is highly advantageous).
