This leading company in the fabrics/textiles industry is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive person to join its accounts team.
Qualifications: Diploma in accounting or similar
Minimum experience: ± 2-3 years
Accounts Assistant Function
Assisting Financial Manager with the processing of journal entries, Reconciliations, and Running of Reports etc.
Provide administrative support to the Financial Manager with running of reports, compiling spreadsheets, and assisting with inquiries
Loading of supplier payments on the Bank portal
Full Payroll & HR Function
Reporting and processing of monthly employee data in Sage VIP Payroll, including the calculation of deductions, overtime, and increases in a timely and accurate manner
Record keeping of employee data
Handle all HR Matters for the Company
Monthly processing of Payroll Journal Entries
PAYE, UIF and SDL
Liaising with NTBC, UNION etc.
