Permanent Role

This west rand-based company specialises in the sales and support of all types of office automation including telecoms systems. They need a bright and enthusiastic IT professional to provide support to their clients on a range of IT related issues.

Ideally you will have a relevant tertiary relevant qualification and have around 2 years’ experience in a similar role. You will be comfortable dealing with customers and have enough experience to solve most 1st and 2nd line support queries and have the ability to identify issues that need outside interventions. You will need to be the sort of person that loves learning new applications and technologies and want to train further.

The company is also expanding into CCTV and access control so there is the opportunity to learn a lot of new technology and systems. This is a new company so there will be great career opportunities for someone who is prepared to work hard, learn fast and ensure customers are kept happy.
